Overview

A temperature control unit integrated with the FPP 510: the 4 × 4 cm ceramic plate on which the sample rests is held between −5 and +80 °C under PID control (limits and the ±1 °C stability may vary with ambient temperature and sample mass). The target temperature is set with the ▲▼ keys, displayed with SET and the unit is switched on with ON/OFF; the actual temperature is shown on the digital display.

The last target temperature is retained even when the instrument is switched off. Allows the temperature dependence of conductivity (polymer electrolytes, ionic conductors, semiconductor films) to be measured on the same setup.
