The M470 is a high-resolution scanning platform and 4th-generation scanning probe system with the most comprehensive set of modular scanning probe techniques. It delivers the best balance between scan speed, resolution and accuracy, setting the highest standard for spatially resolved electrochemical measurements.
The fast and precise closed-loop positioning system is designed specifically for the requirements of scanning probe electrochemistry. Supplied with Scan-Lab® software and the 3DIsoPlot and MIRA analysis packages. Compatible with SP-200, SP-300, VSP-300 and VMP-300.
