The ITS-e is a small-footprint benchtop temperature chamber providing accurate temperature control between -35/-40 °C and +150 °C. Thanks to its small chamber, thermal homogeneity is far better than in conventional climate chambers and measurements are more reproducible.
It is dedicated to controlling temperature for the electrical characterization of materials: thermal curing/ageing and the determination of kinetic and thermodynamic parameters such as activation energy, phase transition or glass transition. Used with the CESH-e sample holder (sealed up to 2 bar, through-plane and in-plane measurement). Controlled by EC-Lab® and MT-Lab®.
